D 587 Hz. (Sacral), Buddha 7"  diameter, Thick, Circa 18th Century.

E 659 Hz. (Solar Plexus), Buddha 6 3/4" diameter, Thick, Circa 18th Century.

F -2 Hz. (Heart), Buddha 5 7/8" diameter, Extra-thick, Circa 17th Century.

The fundamental notes for each bowl are G -6 Hz. (Throat), A -2 Hz. (Third Eye), C -1 Hz. (Root), D +4 Hz. (Sacral), and E +6 Hz. (Solar Plexus).

Sound sample-- First is the sound of the four bowls struck on their upper outside edges with the included Tibetan-wool padded mallets. Then you'll hear each of the four bowls played around their edges with an Xcelite 99-1 mallet.
