Refund policy

Manufacturer Defects

We have a 30-day return policy for all Bodhisattva Trading Company products due to manufacturer defects (cracks, broken pieces, damaged mallets, etc).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you suspect damage or a mistake, use our contact form or email info@bodhisattva.com with your order number and description of the problem

Satisfaction Guarantee

For single Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, we offer a 30-day, no questions asked return policy. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

For all other products, including singing bowl sets and Crystal Tones® alchemy singing bowls, we have a 14-day, no questions asked return policy. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original or similar packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@bodhisattva.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return shipment instructions. Once we have reviewed the item to ensure it is still in original condition, we are happy to offer a refund to the original payment method or a store credit (we will default to refund unless a store credit is requested) minus shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

Exchanges
We can work with you exchange your products during the guarantee period. For any singing bowl, gong, or musical instrument purchased from Bodhisattva Trading Company, we may also work with you on an exchange beyond the guarantee period. Generally, we will offer 80% credit on an item purchased within the last 12-months, 50% credit on any item purchased over 12 months ago (with proof of purchase). The credit must be applied at the time of exchange for an item of equal or great value than the credit amount.
