Shipping policy

Bodhisattva Trading Company is happy to provide free standard ground shipping (UPS or USPS) for all U.S. domestic orders over $250. Expedited / express delivery options are available for purchase but we only ship products Monday to Friday. If it's vital for us to ship a product on Saturday, please contact us before ordering to confirm we can accommodate the request. 

If you want to request a signature confirmation or shipping insurance, we MUST write us ahead of time. We do charge a 2% fee to cover the additional costs.

For all international orders, shipping and tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will be contacted by your shipment provider to pay the tariff once the item reaches your country. It is best to follow the tracking code to ensure you know the package has arrived and is pending tariff payment. For any shipment denied due to tariff costs, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The shipping and tariff costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives with an obvious defect (crack or other obvious damage).
